Who I Help
Parenting can be tough. You read all the books and think you know what you're doing, then an actual baby turns up in your life and everything turns to chaos. If only the baby had bothered to read the books and knew the rules too! The truth is that babies don't follow rules, they're little people so they're all different just like us grown ups. Having a new baby in your life is stressful and most parents are fearful of getting things wrong. What if I damage the baby? How does this work? Why don't I know what I'm doing? All very normal, you are not alone!
How Do I Help
So, what is parental coaching? I provide a safe space, I listen, I advise and I support. My years of experience working with children mean I've learned a trick or two along the way. I help with feeding, sleep, behaviour, but most importantly I help parents to manage their feelings of overwhelm, guilt or worry, and realise that they are great parents because they care. I support my clients in one-to-one and group sessions, from pregnancy through ages 0-5, to overcome those challenging years and enjoy the experience of being a parent.
