Parenting can be a lonely job at times. It's common for parents to feel overwhelmed and think that other parents are finding things easy. The truth is that lots of parents struggle, and my group sessions offer parents a chance to talk about what they find difficult, in a safe environment. You will find that you have not only me to support you, but a whole group of other parents to support you too.
To compliment the group coaching, I offer personal coaching where I work with one set of parents. This provides the opportunity to delve deeper into your feelings about parenthood and what you find challenging, as well as providing tailored advice for your specific challenges.
